Wow, Wii U is holding well, in NA, looks like PS4 is killing PS3 very quickly, poor Vita in NA. Looks like PS4 is not in "super high demand" anymore.

No, it's just in super low supply. It would sell even more if the offer could follow!

I just realized PS4 launches in japan 18 days from now. That's when things are going to get interesting.

Curious to see how long Microsoft will wait until price cutting the xbox one. Until then, it's over for xbox one.

If the PS4 numbers aren't over 200,000 next week It can only be down to two possibilities: Sony are stockpiling for Japan OR they can't produce the rumoured 1.2 million (some think 1.4 million) a month. People have been tracking the sales on Amazon and it's selling out constantly and are no reports of stock being freely available at retailers for more than a day, so I can only assume it's still selling out regularly. These numbers just seem wrong to me.

So the Wii U really is the next generation GameCube, what with NA being the only one's buying it and all.

3DS still posting nice-ish numbers, but PS4 kind of makes it look like less of an accomplishment.

Yeah I agree, I was sure PS4 was going to break the 5mill in Jan, Thinking about it, still could :)

I think you making the assumption that the PS4 is still selling out. If its not selling out then the numbers are fine.

Yes I am, as everywhere I go the PS4 is still sold out and sells out quickly when back in stock. If it isn't  selling out any more though I would think it would still be selling almost as much as sony ship. Either way I'm starting to believe this 1.2m per month production less and less.

The 1.2m is probably right. The thing is that Sony sold 2.1m in december and this number was only possible thanks to changing the shipping from boat to air but now that they returned to ship through boats theres a period of draught.

Next week they should be selling 200k+ already, and they should start stocking just now for the japanese launch which should reflect only the March shipments for US and EU

I have no doubt it will break 5 million in Japan. The amount that's missing from these numbers would mean they'd have to sell 500,000 (at least) in the first week. If they don't, this site is wrong or Sony can't produce 1.2 - 1.4 million a month.

The PS4's dominance in Europe is surely back to PS2 levels?
