I'm trying to get the actual article because the guy that made the video didn't post a link to it. If I find it I will post later. The paper its called "Nekai". Will this Help Nintendo sell the Wii U and 3DS better?

Calling BS on this. Nintendo just said last week they were just looking at the market, not that they were going to join it. I doubt anyone knows what they are doing before even they do. Mario isnt going to Iphone.

Nintendo moving the Smart phones?

Nintendo would be better off making their own smartphone hardware. Perhaps a 3DS phone? It might be possible to pull off.

A lot of people theorize that the next Nintendo handeld will be a phoneconsole hybrid of some sort along the lines of maybe the that Sony phone had physical buttons on it that came out a few years ago. 

There's already a thread on this, and yes it's legit. Nikkei is about as rock solid as a source for Nintendo news as you can get.

Where is it at? Because I look for one before I posted this.

It would be a huge risk for them. They'd be putting themselves in direct competition with Samsung, MS, Google, Apple etc. It would have to really wow people both as a phone and a handheld, and would probably need pretty regular upgrade models to keep up with the other phone manufacturers.

Definitely something out of their comfort zone that's for sure.
