Forums - Nintendo - Give Link a voice.

I am perfectly fine with a silent protagonist, and in many cases I prefer it.

Around the Network

No.

Do not give link a voice that could possibly ruin the game for me.

http://moongypsy.bandcamp.com/ ~Thank you Stefl1504 for the amazing sig~

I said "IF"!... "IF"!!

Jesus Christ! Some of you guys are so conservative...

How dare you.

Give everyone else a voice. Never Link.

Kill it with fire.

Just so you guys know, Link already has a voice, even if he doesn't talk he does regularly use intimidating battle-shouts when he is fighting opponents.

Around the Network

just have a on/off voice acting in options for link. That will cover both sides of the coin

So true, also think that same voice is used in like a million games in Japan.

Give it to Troy Baker...

Exactly what I was gonna say.

Troy Baker is one of the best voice actors out there right now and he has a great range of voices. Characters he has voiced include Joel from Last of Us, Snow from FF13, and Tim Drake Robin from Arkham City (who is around the same age as Adult Link btw).

LITTLE MAC

With the way he screams and his small physic i can picture him having higher pitch voice than the average person.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

If he absolutely must be given a voice, there can be only one. A dub would simply be unacceptable.

Though I suppose it depends on the version of Link we're talking about. He might not be appropriate for Toon Link, but there's no better choice for your standard adult Link.
