true. Gameplay mechanics is very deep too. for instance running on grass, different from running on stone. broken lamps, affecting stealth because of glass pieces on the ground. 

I really like mechanics that involve turning off the lights to conceal yourself in darkness. Example, using the 'water arrow?' to extinguish a torch so the guards can't see you. Reminds me of Escape from Butcher Bay. And playing through dishonored, there were only 2 missions I can think of that had a night setting and they never used this mechanic. I'm loving the depth involved on Thief.

Why is there so little hype for this game? Hopefully it'll be an all around great game and get some glowing reviews that'll make people stand up and take note. These guys developed DE: Human Revolution right? After all the hype I hear about that game to this day, you'd figure that crowd would be making some noise for this game, right?

?? We barely seen anything of watchdogs or even thief yet it's overrated? Talk about premature.

Again what have you seen that makes it contrived? You've seen less thern 1% of what the game has to offer. People like to throw the word overrated around.

I don't know yet... if there some game free game time when this game release I will buy it.

PS4 version is 1080p... that's the reason they are showing PS4 gameplay.

Anyhow, I don't get why visually nexgen games are falling short a little.. No matter what anyone says, I didn't think resistance was a small upgrade from ps2 visuals, then again neither is killzone sf, but these third party games are falling short.....
