Amazon UK have removed all bundle buttons except the yet to be released Infamous one. Have Sony stopped supplying the KZ and Knack bundles?

I just searched for PS4 and even though the other bundles came up (KZ and Knack) they weren't available to buy or pre order from amazon themselves. So it looks like that could be the case.

UK amazon has put up preorders for the 18th of march, looks like Japan is causing major stock shortages, either that or Sony are snubbing amazon on latest shipments
