I have a 1500 sq ft (140 sq meters) house that I paid 145k for . I live in southern CA and just bought it last year. its a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a finished garage, and was built in 2004 . Really nice neighborhood, and right next to an elementary school. It was originally sold for over 300k when it was built and house prices were high, they have been coming back up but haven't reached those levels yet.

richly in debt!!!!! :P

Paid 145K for my current 120m2 house but we still have to play rent at over 8k Euros a month. And the outdoors area is only like 50 square meters lol.

When I plan to move into a real house that I truly own I plan to pay 250K euros (200k at the very best if it's not older than 30 years) for a 140m2 house with a 1000m2 garden area, but this will be more than 30 kilometers outside of the city center sadly. I live in a medium sized city in Sweden (pop 200k).
