The way I see it the other guy was bullying the chubby kid. He most likely deserved to get stabbed in the arm.
I doubt the nerd would've just thrown the scissors in the first time he was bullied. Some of the other guys probably just kept doing pranks on him. If anything the nerd might be the real victim.
Does nobody else think that's fake? The "victim" runs off screen for several seconds, then you see the nerd "throw" the scissors while the camera jerks (he could have just made a throwing motion and dropped them), then you see the victim with scissors in his arm acting like he can't even feel it.

I think if you were suddenly stabbed in the arm with scissors you would be in shock ...it could be faked but the reactions of the people in the room seem somewhat genuine and the circumstances seemed to be some sort of dorm/sleepover late at night where I could believe they got bored and decided to pick on the nerd.
The whole thing looks very plausible to me but I wouldn't be surprised if it was faked.
edit: Just watched it again...look at the nerds face after he throws the scissors....I don't think it was faked...if it was that dude deserves an award for best youtube actor EVER.

Yeah actually, he didn't bleed and the wound was extremely clean considering the scissors were spinning. That should have resulted in immediate bloodage.
