SNE $17.16

NTDOY $15.24

The natural order has been restored.

That's okay, that means soon is the better time to buy Nintendo stocks. This is irrevelant to their market cap and company wealth

The stock is worth more but what about the actual company?

What's worth noting is the drop in the stock price. People jumped on it with the announcement that trade to China woud be happening and are dropping it when they realize how bad the Wii U is doing.

Quit bringing logic into my thread! Let Sony be happy about something! You heartless fiends.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

You cant just directly compare share prices, thats not how it works.

Public companies will have varying amounts of shares, you have to multiply the share price, by the number of outstanding shares.

Nintendo has a market cap of just over 20 billion.
Sony has a market cap of about 17.8 billion
Microsoft has a market cap of about 300 billion

I am Torgo, I take care of the place while the master is away.

"Hes the clown that makes the dark side fun.. Torgo!"

And thats still not a reflection of actual wealth

Unrelated, but EA stocks are rising pretty quickly as Nintendo continues to sink. Nintendo is now at 15.09. What's happening over at EA?

It is the market cap that indicates the vale of the company-

If company A stock is at $40 per share and has 100 shares outstanding it is worth less than Compnay B stock at $10 per share but has 10,000 shares outstanding

Sony s market cap prob is higher today after Nintendo s dropped but share price alone des not indicate much w ot the # of shares outstanding

Haha I don't think you understand stocks.
