Imo... they changed too much... They got rid of the start menu in w8 and replaced it with the metro UI and going towards the casuals with the kinect just equals terrible decision making and Steve ballmer said that ms would have changed even more if he had it his way all the time so if anything... they need to go back to their roots

That box design is not going to make people want an Xb1 all of a sudden.

The black box looks better than the green box though

I dont really like the PS4 box design all that much. I was hoping they would go back to the PS2 styled box design with the PS4 logo in the middle of an all blue background

It's to late to turn back now but yep ugly as all hell.

The ps4's box is more visually appealing because of the flowing lines, but that's pathetic if that drives you to buy another system.

The Xbox One box is not that all bad, I kinda like it´s simplicity although the PS4´s box is better looking with those blue waves and controller symbols on the side and the Day One edition is a much better alternative.

I thought you were gonna mention their business decisions, questionable purchases, or management or something...

I agree the green box is ugly. I don't mind the color green, but I prefer a black box.

While I don't hate the box, I do think that is a very good idea.  Especially now that so much white on the Xbox - the symbol on the controller and the Kinect itself.

 Have a nice mix fade to white, or white graphics.  Perhaps they are saving that for the ‘white consoles?’

What box? Haven't ever bought anything that cost me as much as the XB1 and cared about the box.

The black box I have is the best console box Ive ever opened. Everything was rapped like it was glass.

I don't really hat or like the green. Should all be the black imo.

I quite like the PS4 box.
