I'm not blind, I'm glancing at the big thread that most likely holds the answer to my question however it's 223 posts too long for me, that's quite a bit of scrolling to find an answer. It seems as if people are using their money on something since they have a lot less than they should, so save me the trouble of reading through a colossal thread and tell me what I can spend my monies on here, thanks!

Are people just losing all their money from betting on sales data? I figured they were buying things.

Anyone with under $1000 has either been banned, or has been using it to bet on the prediction league.
The bets have not been "counted" yet so no-one has their money back. Edit: oh there are some exceptions, such as GreyAcumen, who is $2000 under because he didn't agree with the VG$ idea and used it all by changing his avatar many times... You get $50 for adding an avatar but lose $75 for taking one down, so changing costs you $25.

let's just say that VG$ is as useful as the Achievement points. ;)

But I find the prediction league to be such an innovative idea, whoever came up with the idea is a pure genius!
