Officially it's Q1 2014 iirc but I wouldn't be surprised if it's pushed back again since Ubi is silent about the ever since the last delay.

Yeah I think that March 21st and Feb 28th would be fake considering they aren't tuesdays.

I wouldn't rule that out only based on release days. If what you claim is true, you will be buying your inFamous PS4 bundle on a Friday, cause inFamous has an official release date of a 21st March exactly

I don't see how you can say the ps plus version means there is no incentive to buy without knowing what the ps plus version entails.... It will probably be very stripped down. In fact it could have the opposite effect and make more want to buy the full game.

Well they could have promised this and that,showed stuff in the trailer and at the end you have a carboard crowd on the side of the track or they put out the best game they can so they don't have to release the next game one year later ;)

Nothing is wrong with Driveclub. Sony have allocated a certain amount of PS4s to Japan and ALL the preorders have sold out. At the moment Sony are letting the hardware sell itself but later on they'll rely on exclusives to help sustain a momentum. They made a mistake releasing so many games in the release window of the Vita and they're not going to do that again.

they never said the release date was 22 feb in japan. after the first delay for some reason retails havent said that it wont be a launch tittle anymore.

my guess? they are planning on adding the weather effects they were planning on adding after launch. and launch with the weather effects already ready.

This isn't "another delay". The developers have said for awhile now that there is no planned release date at this point. This is Sony confirming that Drive Club won't make the PS4 launch in Japan. That's an entirely different thing.
