Sony says: "According to NPD, PS4 remains the cumulative leader for next gen console sales in the U.S. since the launch on November 15."

Sony goes on to say "we were out of stock," but doesn't say PS4 outsold Xbox One in December.

For you maybe. For other fans it is 3DS>Vita and that's how you act. Which is why i call bullshit when you complain about the WiiU. Maybe if people like you weren't constantly gloating about the 3DS vs. Vita there would be much less threads about PS4 vs. WiiU.

That could mean that the Xbone has outsold the PS4 in december, but by an amount that's less than the difference between the 2 in november.
