And how much has that helped the Vita? Ports and shitty "exclusives" are not enough to sell a handheld

Sony promised hardcore and instead, they brought indies and terrible ports which do not sell a handheld... I knew the vita was doomed the moment they made a deal with AT&T for their 3G version

I don't know how to announce you this, but your opinion doesn't make any kind of sense.

Who said they were shitty? Did you try them at least, they don't sell well that's it.

Aren't indie hardocore ? Have you tried them ? Or are you interested in an annual COD ?

What brings AT&T deal into this ? Please explain.

@Jizz_Beard Yeah, I'm not getting why Vita is getting more support and it's not even selling....

Its hardly even getting any support... Majority of the third party games are just ports that are already avaliable for the ps3... U seen the review scores for majority of their games? Its terriable... They have great support in Japan with a nice amount of games but in NA, its laughable

I think currently the Vita is not on paar with 3DS with third party support, but they are gaining more and more support every year, and more games are coming out. Persona 5 is an exclusive of the Vita which is a big deal. Though, many of their exclusives are Japanese oriented because they have a huge potential handheld market their that is not as present in the U.S.

I have tried a few... Like asscreed and cod on the Vita which was the only "exclusive" third party at the time that wasn't a port (before I sold my vita) and it was garbage... The rest can be easily played on the ps3... Indie are hardcore but not in the eyes of the general public who Sony was catering to and that AT&T was suppose to be a joke cause they are a bad company imo

Vita have better indi support than 3ds,
3DS have better Japanese 3rd party support,
Both lack westerns 3rd party support :(

Jizz, the 3DS is hardly getting support.

True, but the 3DS has better first party support then the Vita.

The attach rate of vita beats 3DS, problably because sony is heavily 3rd party, aways promoting games from thirds and offering games from thirds on PS+. Other thing that help is that the hardware is not that difficult to work. So, some games like rayman, injustice, dragon crows, final fantasy hd remake are not that hard to port over from ps3. 3DS, on the other side...

That is probably the reason why iwata wants to unify the nintendo hardware division. To make a port over easier.

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Gunpei Yoko

I can live with that.

So vita right now is 3rd party's bitch?
