You can always buy a cheap Vita TV down the line if there is a truly must have game on it for you.

My plans for my PS Vita are: Finish Killzone Mercenary, Buy Tearaway, play Assassin's Creed and Need for Speed. After that, i want to get Final Fantasy X HD for it, and Borderlands 2 too(i dont have an PS3 or good PC to play BL2). After that, yeah, i dont really know what will i do, and i really hope that Sony announce some great games for it, like another Uncharted, Infamous, God of War or Gran Turismo.

My vita helps me with everyday life, so even if it didnt have games i would still keep it.

I did ponder at one time, but i got good games for iti dont want to get rid of. I also really enjoy playing on it.

I am crossing my fingers for PSO2 this year. Its all i need, though i enjoy niche japanese stuff and some of the interesting kickstarter projects coming out for it. Theres also those localisations sony has been cooking up. Curious to see what those will be.

Unity has been ported to Vita, so plenty of games may arrive sooner.
I don't actually know what would make you want to abandon it now, the 3DS has same if not lower number of games during this first semester. So what you don't like about it ?

It's really sad that the PlayStation Vita gets no support, i have that feeling even Sony does not support it anymore!!! Fact is that Nintendo dominates the handheld maket and will ever do, but its a bad thing for the PlayStation Vita. I think it would be awesome when there would be a market for both, the Nintendo 3DS and the PlayStation Vita, and they would be equal in sales because they are both great handhelds. But Nintendo has Pokemon and thats why they will always rule the handheld market and Sony has to admit that they can do nothing about it, and this is exactly what they are doing right now ;)

Sony Japan are still supporting it but thats probably it for 1st party. 3rd party support is actually incredibley strong and imo better than 3DS. However Nintendo has the bigger names. Obviously the first party stuff the big N put out will always sell and they have aqquired some of the biggest 3rd party games like DQ, MonHun, KH etc.

I am happy with mine. i play games on it, and when I'm lazy I watch netflix on it under the sheets in bed.
