The 3DS is playing on a league on its own. 3DS dominates EVERYWHERE, so it wouldn't really be fair to mention it now :P

Didn't Wright always say PSV was ahead of 3DS in Spain? What a liar. Still, that's an impressive ratio considering the WW ratio.

No, I said PSV was ahead of the 360! When did I said something like that?

You're always talking about Spain being a Sony dominating market, and usually end with "even Vita sells better than 3DS here!"

This is purely based on my memories.

"Even Vita sells better than 360 here!"

I implore you to go and search where did I said that Vita sells better than 3DS. No, seriously xD

Nintendo dominates the handheld market everywhere.

Sony dominates home console market everywhere.

It will be easier for you like that.

DAT 3 million sales nobody knows where these sales are... Brazil?

Lol, yea, definitely questioning the 3M.  I'll just copy/paste my comment from another thread.

"Let's look at this realistically.  We have quite a bit of info for the major markets in EU.  The other ones aren't that big, and combined may add 100K or so.

If you add the numbers we do have for the year, Spain (35K) + Germany (100K) + UK (364K), we get 499K.  We do have ~50K for France for the 1st 3 weeks.  Personally, I think VGC's 126K is overtracked, seeing as the other regions in EU are and I highly doubt it sold >2x that in the following 3 weeks, so let's go with 100K.  I'll give AU 150K (66K in the first 3 days), though that may be over shooting it.  Adding in that extra 100K, if its even that, for the other regions and we get 849K.  Add in the 909K from the US, that's 1.76M.  1.96M, if you think Xbox One did that well in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

So, NPD needs to show that the Xbox One sold at least 1.1M in the US if those numbers are real.  Personally, I think they may have matched Nov numbers (909K), which if true, famousmortimer would be right when he said real sales were ~2.8M when they announced over 3M."

Regarding the official numbers for both, I think the splits for Xbox One could be...

2 mill NA (USA+Canada)
650k Europe
350 Others

And for PS4...

2'2 mill NA (USA+Canada)
1'5 mill Europe
500k Others

*Numbers for Europe are suming known numbers and guessing the rest, but in Others, like always numbers are absolute speculation.

I'm starting to think, that if Others could be so high for Xbox one, Europe must not be a problem of stock rather than lack of demand outside UK. If that's true, then Xbox One will be in a worse position than WiiU very soon.

And if it didn't sell so much in Others, then the only explanation that comes to my mind is that Xbox One sold considerably more than PS4 in USA in December and way more than in November.

If neither of those conclusions are true, then, Microsoft lied about the 3m Xbox One sold.
