Completely agree. I've got to stop buying games because other people like them (yet they don't appeal to me whatsoever) or because I feel the need to buy every game in a franchise.

I can't believe the amount of time I've wasted forcing myself through boring or tedious games.

In the last year (beware i'm very picky so don't take this as offensive):

Metro Last light
Need for Speed (most wanted I think, free off PS+)

I usually research a game beforehand quite rigorously to see if i'll like it. But sometimes I do buy games at a good deal (Mass effect 2 ultimate edition new, £15) or when nothing else is out and reviews well (sleeping dogs) and the pleasant surprise of these great games is priceless.

I tend to enjoy almost every game I play.

Probably one of those games I haven't pushed myself to beat because I find it pretty bad and boring is El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron.

I disliked Bastion as well.

Mega Man Star Force- Oh god why did they have to get rid of the battle network series, i owned every game in the series and for them to butcher it this bad....

Battlefield4.exe has stopped working- Nothing beats a 1080p 60 fps crashing screen, too bad next gen consoles will have to enjoy a 900p and 720p crashing screen :/

Fallout Tactics- WHY

Will probably have to look at my physical game collection to bring back more memories since that's all i currently remember.

Bad games are the best games. I'm sorely tempted to buy Ride to Hell: Retribution.

But Record of Agarest War is the most recent game I haven't been able to complete. My god, is it dull.

lol i usually dont play bad games but two recent ones that i can think of that i didnt like was Puppeteer and Halo: Spartan Assault.

You liked Ryse? I thought you didn't enjoy it much.
