Stop responding to propaganda with more propaganda. The number of terrorities isnt relevant, it is the demand within said territories.

What I meant is that MS announced that number around 16 hours after launch, and there were still plenty of Ones in stock in places. (yet they claimed sold out almost everywhere)

You don't know that and frankly, you resorting to what-ifs and maybes over something like this surprises me.

"and there were still plenty of Ones in stock in places"
They are locked out with this line of argument since Black Friday.
Since Black Friday in the US the XOne outsold the PS4 all the weeks but the week before Christmass, when PS4 received a large shippment to Amazon and Walmart.
Xbox One is available everywhere and is still on top 10 bestsellers at Amazon, the only place online the PS4 has been available in the last week.
|
That is US only. Check out the charts for global sales. PS4 is consistently outselling the Xbox One week to week.
|
Of course its is USA only. 99% of claims that "tons of XOne on shelfs", and how bad this is are from NA.

Well, I've seen a few talking about overseas, like the UK. Besides, just because they are selling about the same number in the US as the PS4 doesn't mean they don't have a high on the shelf stock. They are likely sending more units to the US than Sony is anyway given the size of the overseas market.
