I would say then if you own any of the devices that I indicated, you need internet or cell service to fully utilize them. If you had a Hurricane/Typhoon, it could know out Cell service, satellite dishes, basic internet. So, based on the theory of lost ability to have internet, all of these services can just as easily be interupted or disabled by a storm. If so, you better not use them either JUST IN CASE the super storms happen again.
I don't agree with that logic, I am just showing how that logic would apply to anything, not just a gaming system.
