I'm very optimistic about Playstation Now, but Sony really doesn't have the best servers. Plus there's the issue of paying a subscription vs buying just the games I want. It really comes down to the pricing of Playstation now.

Subscription = better servers, that's simple maths.

Given the pricing of psplus, I think it will be fair. I mean, something like 100$ a year and you can play any ps3 game you want ? That would be awesome.

It's the same as Netflix. Unless he thinks that was the end of movies and tv shows, he's wrong and confused.

Wow, I'd completely forgotten about that. Guess I got caught up in things. Makes perfect sense, though, at least in the short term.

Pachter says exactly what I've been saying since the reveal. I like the guy even though he always just points out the obvious.

My prediction seems to be in an opposite direction to Pachter's, so that's left me feeling confident.

To be fair there really is a Chance for the Vita to be doomed. This year has so much going for it; Remote play, Vita TV, PSNow, some games, probably a price cut and a PS4 bundle. If the Vita can't manage to pick up the pace this year I will jump on the doom wagon as well because I can't think of anything anymore that would sell it.
