How about new FF, KH, MGS, Soccer, baseball, and a lot of other games that WiiU can't give to the customers in japan?

Not sure why people think the PS4 won't be able to beat the Wii U in Japan. Nintendo basically relying on its 1st party, while Sony has 3rd party support, too. What system do you think Japan will be playing Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Yakuza, MLB, FIFA, and COD on? PS4. And PS4 has had 3 preorder allotments since it was announced and all 3 sold out within 24 hrs of being available. I think launch is going to be pretty big. Probably ~400k-500k.

If we only count 13 countries where X1 launched, did X1 already surpass Wii U by the end of 2013?

Probably not past Wii U, but closer.  Maybe add +10% to XB1 sales.
