Games with cooperative play and online. From shooters to simple sports. These are the types of games that will lead to having online communities flourish. Gears was the one for 360. X1 doesn't seem to have an exlusive to do that until Halo.
Getting that community to critical mass should be any console makers early goal. Wii Sports, Gears of War, Mario Kart, Halo, Pokemon and NSMBW have been some of the best examples I can think of. I hope Drive Club with its emphasis on social gaming can help with that in EU and The Order 1886 works in US as gears did for 360. Sadly it will take more than 1 title to destroy the online communitythat Microsoft has built here.
