Forums - Gaming - Anyone else think Zelda in 2015 is unacceptable?

Are you serious? Wow. Twilight Princess IS NOT AN ORIGINAL WII TITLE, ITS A GAMECUBE PORT. Did you know... they delayed the game for 1 year just to have it released alongside the Wii? Incredible.

Yes, I know this.  All I said was that it was a launch title, which it technically was.  Btw, they should have done the same thing with Skyward Sword and the Wii U, but I'm sure it would have been harder than the Gabecube/Wii launch of Twilight since both were SD.

Yes, I know this.  All I said was that it was a launch title, which it technically was.  Btw, they should have done the same thing with Skyward Sword. 

Yeah but it was a Gamecube title, and going by that line of thinking, Wii U also got its Zelda game 1 year after launch: Wind Waker HD. Just like Wii wich got the first real Zelda game years later, so will Wii U.

Depends how it terms out. if we get another OOT or TP then 2015 is perfectly alright by me :P if it's another SS then they can go suck money toes.

They'll release it when they're ready to release it... There's still stuff to look forward to in 2014. I am hoping they use some of the elements they used in ALBW though.

Absolutely, for this first Wii U one they've really got to blow us away with something new.  And if they do (which as I said, after Skyward Sword I'm skeptical that they've still got it in them, but I can still hope) then I would love to see a "sequel" a couple years down the line.  Seems silly not to use what you've built to me, if at least one single additional time.

I am completely fine with 2015, as long as it doesn't get pushed further back.
I think Hyrule Warriors will hold me over until then.
The rest of the Wii U lineup this year looks stellar, so we can't expect everything.

lol, nintendo will put the game out when they want and you will like it. To say people won't care is basically you making stuff up. I never expected zelda for 2014. I have no problem with christmas 2015, I want the generation to last, I don't wanna go out and buy another new console any time soon. Besides, there are plenty of games I don't have yet nor the time to play.
