Lol game of the generation. Dont get me wrong it looks awesome and certainly refreshing but really? Dont you think it is a little early. A generation last longer than march you know.

I am fine with GOTG*

* - until Titanfall 2 releases in 2017-18

You think they will wait 3 to 4 years before releasing a sequel?  That is a very long develepment time for a shooter.  A very much doubt it will take more than two years.

also, why even bother with the gotg tag?  All you are doing is antagonizing people.  It is baiting.  Obviously to call a launch window game a game of generation is just plain hyperbol and you know it.

Regarding the gap between games, watch the video. Of course it could be wrong, but whats there is documented by EA.

As for the rest, please. Of course it's hyperbole. It's hype for a game I am excited for. And I stuck it in the MS section. If you feel antagonized, or baited, maybe do some soul searching but don't blame me please.

People calling an unreleased game, that's multiplayer only, with terrible graphics, and COD like combat game of the generation, when this gen started two months ago is beyond silly and reaching.

I'm glad that they can put their focus on great multiplayer and not waste time on a bs campaign like COD or BF. BTW I'm pretty sure COD doesn't have wall-running, jet-packing, mech-controlling mechanics. Just because a game has a gun in it doesn't make it COD.

This game is nothing like COD. It is a mixed of:

Every fps mechGame
Tribes
Section 8
Backlight
Shogo

GOTG it seems to be. Well until Halo 5 anyway.

flame baiting again i see. i dont need to say anything else because almost everyone else corrected you

Oh, so GOTG stands for game of the generation up to that point? :D

Well, if that's the definition then I could agree with Titanfall.

There always seems to be some kind of "misconception" or "misunderstanding" when it comes to xbo things. That doesn't make for good consumer confidence.

for it to be GOTG? and never played it? umm no. I'm not smoking that crack rock.

even if Titanfall didnt come out on PC, I still wouldnt buy an xbo until Halo 5 came out.

Flame baiting? Like I told the other guy who caught feelings, that says more about you than the topic of a simple thread on the Internets.

Yeah I always snicker when people call it "cod with mechs". Aside from XP and hit markers, two things that are virtually de facto standard in the genre now, they don't seem to be anything alike.

If I ever decide to play this game it'll be on PC. I'm just not feelin the hype compared to other games.
