Also has Xbox winning November...

That November list makes that whole thing very hard to believe, you have AC on PS4 at 5, Killzone at 9, Cod PS4 at 11 and the Controller at 14, but the console itself is nowhere to be found.

Well, I don´t find it it strange at all since it could be that PS users are more likely to buy there software from Amazon than their hardware while XBox users are the opposite.

Nah I just made a mistake, I thought Amazon would aggregate all preorders from the previous months and count them for November where they actually shipped the consoles, turns out they counted them in their respective month. So it makes sense again, since Amazon didn't really have any extra PS4s in November as far as I remember.

I've noticed that Amazon likes to delist the PS4 for whatever reason.

But I trust Amazon's list for December. The PS4 had 1 big shipment for that month, but Xbox Ones had been available all month long. Even still - there are Xbox One's in stock.

And when PS4 was available at Amazon (week ending 21th) it was only there and Wallmart, while XOne was available everywhere in US.

Amazon uses a automato to manage its stock. It's based on machine learn algorithms. PS4 goes on and off because of low stock and high demand and canceled, unfilled, sales that goes back to to virtual stock.

I noticed that too. A couple possible explanations, I think they count sales when they are ordered, not shipped. To test this I went back to June (when most consoles would have been preordered), and sure enough PS4 was #1 and XBO #2 I think.

So most November console sales were probably preordered and counted in previous months.

Also I think the monthly charts  could be kinda kinda buggy and not supposed to be accesible to the public. I noticed one month "PS4 replacement console, not for release" or something was on the charts. Clearly some kind of glitch in Amazon's internal systems. That was probably an internal SKU for when they were replacing all those mountains of defective PS4's early on. I also remember for a while the PS4 standalone SKU disappeared completely off Amazon's yearly charts I think for some reason. There are bugs.

congrats..?
