For those of you who watch someone play through an entire game, would you rather watch gameplay without someone talking in the background or do you prefer listening to the person talk to him/herself?

I like let's plays more because the people who do them are funny and they make the videos a lot more enjoyable to see than if it was just gameplay.

Depends on the commentator. If they keep it interesting, that's the only thing that will keep me coming back.

If I'm viewing it because I'm stuck though, just gameplay vids all the way. Sometimes let's players drop big time spoilers.

The only reason I will watch a lets play is cause I am interested it enough to catch my attention but not enough to spend money on it, so with that being said, if its someone like SSohPkc, then yea, I would like to hear his/her thoughts too... But if its someone like PewDiePie, then god no

lets plays with commentary. whats the point of just watching the game, I could just play it instead

I only watch let's plays if they aren't in English. I prefer raw gameplay if I can't find it in French, German or Greek.

Gameplay. Most Let's Plays are very annoying and unfunny.
