one has more games thus users have more choices
ps4 less games so those games have higher sales

........

Except PS4 has also sold more total software...and they both have almost the exact same tie ratio.

how does this debate my point?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

You explained the higher sales by saying PS4 gamers have less choices, when the reality is that PS4 has sold more games in general, which explains the higher sales for all multiplats and Killzone.

Besides, that is not good reasoning. Killzone is an FPS and thus has a lot more direct competition than either Ryse or DR3. It's going up against CoD and BF while Ryse and DR3 are basically competing against nothing really.

you know that the ps4 has sold around one million units more right that is where the overall higher software sales come from and thus also increase the sales of the mentioned few games

Kinda weird seeing as you are leaving out F5, which I would say is the flagship exclusive of X1 for launch.

But I am just going to say this: the KZ sales are undeserving as I view KZ 2 and KZ3 as better entries yet they didn't sell as well as this is in similar time frames. Chalk it up to a lack of AAA launch exclusives I guess.

Point being, you are trying to tell us that one game > variety. That is not a Sony gamer mindset tradition.

40 to 50% of killzone 4 games were in bundles. Some had killzone bundled with knack. It's not that surprising .

On a weekly basis, Knack is selling similar to DR3 and Ryse. Personally that's a better stat.

That's what I said...

Both your and my point are why the sales are higher

That's because it's either that or Knack when it comes to retail exclusive

Either way sony is happy. they get strong sales from killzone and make money from the people who buy used by selling the free DLC.

But it should be Guerrilla Games the ones happy, not Sony

Well, my other point counters yours.

"Besides, that is not good reasoning. Killzone is an FPS and thus has a lot more direct competition than either Ryse or DR3. It's going up against CoD and BF while Ryse and DR3 are basically competing against nothing really."

There are more choices for FPS gamers on PS4 than One.

Actually you could argue Killzone and Cod/bf are complementing each other

Guerrilla Games will make so much money from Killzone Shadow Fall that they will buy sony.
