I am one of those rare person that absolutely loved the edition right from the beginning. It was open ended but satisfyingly conclusive for the saga and epitomizes to me, the personality of Joel. A game that truly deserves all the praise that has been heaped on it.

While TLOU wasn't anything special gameplay-wise, the story and presentation ( specially story) were simply breath-taking. One of the best, if not the best ever in a video game.

Really good video.
Love every second of The Last Of Us
played through it 4 times already and that is because the gameplay is great.

I don't know why some people say that, it had amazing melee combat, crafting, scavenging and top notch 3rd person shooting. I have never played a game with as good melee combat as TLOU.

It is just my opinion. I  don't think the 3rd person shooting was THAT amazing.

That's fine, I still say the melee combat is the best around.

The winter chapter was so emotional when you play as Ellie...

Amazing game. Especially when played on survivor difficulty.

Having to avoid fighting with the infected instead of direct engagement is what makes this game brilliant.

I recommend playing it on survival since your first playthrough. In fact ND should make this default.
