You are correct! we have a winner.
I don't know why but my TV is randomly on True TV or something. There's shows like Lizard Lick Towing or Hardcore Pawn--these shows are the fakest things EVER! I'm always asleep and too lazy to turn, though. That's when Kinect would come in handy.

I do like Pawn Stars on History Channel. It's fake as hell though.
The Tru Tv knock-off shows tend to be very formulaic - much more so then even reality t.v.

You got to think you're keeping the shows on. Turn the channel and don't give them ratings.
*insert name of reality TV show here* is fake! WHO CARES.. ALL PAID ACTORS!
