the guys who are supposed to be marketing for Xbox are asking Xboxsupport about a kinect issue, on twitter, in public.

Lol it could also be that they got a call from someone who had this problem and they had to share it on twitter...
We used to share people's weirdest problems when I was working for a cable company. For instance one guy bought our cable box and tried to connect it to his antenna... on the roof. Some people don't get it.

It's like dialing your own phone number and then screaming at the busy signal for the person on the other end to get off the line.
