Jeez did Sony kill your dog or something? It seems like every single one of your threads bashes them.

I think you mean all my threads are a bash.

That I agree with!

A bash or abash? That is the question.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

It is not sony who say those games are free it are the gamers.

It doesnt appear he is bashing sony.  He is bashing Sony fans.  Sony fans are only feeding him more by commenting and defending these type of threads.  Learn to ignore them

Anyways yeah i believe this should be locked.  Not really much purpose other than to cause arguments really.

For anybody not in the know about both services, the difference is:

-On PS+, you get to pay for like FIVE randomly chosen free games per month that you lose if you ever lose your subscription.
-You can still access any services, free or paid, even if you don't have a PS+ subscription
-You get cloud storage and the ability to update your system automatically (Your console will turn on randomly in the middle of the night and scare the fuck out of you)
-I think (haven't tried it yet) you can download games with the console powered off. I'm not 100% sure on this one.
-You get huge discounts on select items that vary week to week/month to month
-On PS3, you can play online whether you have Plus or not.
-It expands to PS4 and Vita as well.

-On Xbox Gold, you get to pay for two randomly chosen free games that you keep if you ever lose your subscription.
-You can't access many of the system's apps unless you have Gold. This includes the web browser, Netflix, Youtube, etc.
-You can't play online without a Gold Subscription
-You get many discounts that vary from week to week/month to month
-Your console downloads games etc. whether the console is powered of whether you have Gold or not.
-You have access to cloud storage. Your console does not turn on in the middle of the night and scare the fuck out of you.

There you go.

Its the same with Live though. Difference is Xbox owners get to keep their games when not connected to Live Gold. Whereas PS players are renting.

Yes i am so happy i got games from 2007 and 2006 for free. That is a much better deal then getting borderlands 2 a one year old game for free, or sleeping dogs, or even resogun a launch title. Also the catalogue of games available at games for gold let me play games i hesitated about buying, such as hitman, kingdoms of amalur, and darksiders 2; instead of big hits where i had a big chance of buying/alreading playng. Oh wait....

no, you can play your PS+ games offline, you do not have to stay connected. however, you can not play your games once your PS+ sub is over. i know thats what you meant, however next time you should chose better wording.

Quality is subjective.  My problem with both services is that 99% of the time, any game they offer is either a game I already own or a game I don't want at all.  That's just me, though.  I'm sure the average consumer will be happier with newer titles.

Maybe you buy too many games or have a niche taste in gaming :P.
