There's actually going to be a Zelda hack & slash, who'd have guessed that? NES Remix looks pretty funny, will be getting that soon probably, just because. Was quite confused by that last Smash Bros. / Mario Kart 8 hybrid trailer though... But I get it now.

For a split second I thought they combined Mario Kart and Smash into one glorious game, both games still look awesome seperate though :P
I wouldn't expect an F-Zero title until 2015, so there's still hope!

Pretty decent Direct. Dropping games, updates and DLC onto eShop immediately is nice, more reward schemes (Super Mario Bros DX, reduced VC and eShop games) for fans, a new retail title and new eShop announcements, more details of previously announced games.

I just really hope they have some big guns ready to fire in January. It could be a disasterous month for them when they HAVE to revise forecasts down for Wii U in a big way, possibly for 3DS, and almost certainly revise down their profit target. Getting some release dates and exciting new software announced through another quick paced Direct like this would be ideal PR.

Speak for yourself! That Direct was pure awesome! Bayonetta2 isnt coming out for Spring hence why no show. This direct was made for an Early 2014  look! (srry about the SMTIV though)

Saying Directs is getting worse isnt right, this direct was just crazy good!
