For starters, your life is in such a state that improving is not that dificult, any channges will make a world of diference to you. Get a job, something, just to start to make some money. If there is none in your city, move. It does not look like you are getting much of you current location anyways.

Try to do stand up comedy on some bars and bomb really bad, it is the fastest way to lose the shame. Me, personally, to lose the fear of women I used to go to nightclubs and ask 50 girls on a row if they want to kiss me. IT WAS BRUTAL, I was a mess of self pity and shame after, but, after a while, I did not gave a shit anymore. And, guess what, some girls started to kiss me.

With the money from the job you can travel a bit to bigger cities, to go to parties and clubs, do this trial by fire stuff I am talking about. But never forget, it is like a video game, it will not change who you are. If you fail, try again.

But, be respectfull, never treat people bad. "Hey, you look reall nice, could you give me a kiss?" that is a nice way to do it.
