I would normally agree with this, but I keep hearing Platinum complaining about fan requests. If you cant do it or don't want to do it, say it in a respectful manor.
I hated Bayonetta and I could care less, but these arrogant assholes are getting on my nerves.
I don't blame him, he seems to get a barrage of messages asking him about it. He gave an usually tame response this time though, usually his replies are a bit harsher.
This developer is just a douchbag for reacting this way over and over. A lot of companies and industry people get a lot of trolling where ever they go and whatever they say! But i've never seen anyone react this way back!!
Well maybe that FEZ guy :D!!!

Well, it's MY point, when i explained to you why i regard it as "safe AND sorry" because of how the situation appears to shape up. If you want to make a different point now go ahead, but you started to reply to me not the other way around and i made mine. |
I´m ok with that.
I´m just trying to point that Platinum decision is not based on assumptions or personal predictions. When you´re managing a company you can´t take decisions based on things like that. You must be objective and realistic, and measure well the risks. Who would imagine that an announcement of a cancelled game would bring such "passionate contrary" reactions four years after the release of the original ? People should be glad that the game is in development instead of such fuzz about it being exclusive to one company or another.
Personally, I think that a great game should be available to all platforms. But business not always work like that and gamers must understand the business decisions that are behind gaming development.

I can't wait for this game to come out on the Xstationplaybox41!
"Games are a trigger for adults to again become primitive, primal, as a way of thinking and remembering. An adult is a child who has more ethics and morals, that's all. When I am a child, creating, I am not creating a game. I am in the game. The game is not for children, it is for me. It is for an adult who still has a character of a child."
Shigeru Miyamoto
The game was literally ripped from the hands of the consoles of where the true fans are. Wont sell on Nintendo, but for those who are true fans of Bayonetta they should pick it up and at least play it on a friends house. The Wii U wont bite. For those without Wii U, there are plenty of other third party games on the other consoles to really even care but really? Seriously. Aggrivating people over spilled milk is stupid. Theres nothing you can do about Nintendo publishing the game.

Bayonetta isn't exactly as popular as MH, and WiiU install base is significantly lower than 3DS's. PG's behavior for the past year has sounded like they had become a Nintendo-only developer. Unless they do something to break that image, the Sony/MS audience will keep being mad at them. |
To that, I say, QQ more. If people truly want to play the game, they'll figure out a way to play it whether they buy a Wii U or not, harassing the creator like little whinny bitch ass kids that deserve to get fucking smacked gets the result of a properly justifiable "fuck you" from him. If people can't be bothered with the game just because it's on a "Nintendo Platform" then they obviously don't truly give a flaming fuck about the game and just belong to the crowd that like to voice their worthless opinions on a "VIDEO GAME!"

That's what happens when your life gets threatened I guess?

I find it funny how people are carrying on here, just because it's a Nintendo exclusive; yet it's the same people who love to preach how third-party title 'XYZ' isn't coming to Wii U.
Many games miss Nintendo systems; and those that come, are usually the half-baked version. Nintendo goes ahead and funds a project that MORE-THAN LIKELY WOULDN'T EVEN EXIST, and it's a problem? What?
Pardon me; but what happens when a Nintendo console owner complains about third-party title not coming to their system?:
"You need to buy a real system."
"Nintendo consoles aren't for third-party titles."
"Lol, buy a PS4. Greatness awaits."
"Stop being a fanboy and buy a PS/XBOX."
Sweet, sweet irony and utter hypocrisy.
