Gaist Crusher wins the bomba of the year award, after all the promotion Capcom did. It even has an anime. This is going to lose a lot of money...

I'm quite surprised just how poorly it's done, actually.  I mean, even by bomba standards, we're looking at it selling ~ 50% of E.X. Troopers' FW sales in Japan on 3DS alone (not counting the PS3 version).  Unless it has some insane holiday legs, this is really a massive disappointment for Capcom..

It even managed to out-bomba Square Enix's Gyrozetter, which also had an anime, and also targeted for kids.

Children sure are fickle these days, they rather play smartphone games like Puzzle&Dragons. A bad trend.

 

At least Youkai Watch did well! Dat Level 5 magic.
