Also, Aonuma stated that his team remade Windwaker to help the fans wait until we get the long awaited Zelda U... and a 1 year wait, meaning - release in 2014, isn't enough to justify that statement, so it makes sense for 2015+ release date.

We have no idea how far the game has progressed in development, therefore it's unreasonable to expect a specific time frame for release in general. When I said it could release in late 2014, it wasn't a prediction - I was stating a possibility.
