As title says Marvel or DC...Which do you like more? And why?

Trying to paint a picture on which is more popular.

Marvel for me.

Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Wolverine, Iron man, Deadpool, Venom, Ghost Rider, Punisher, Doctor Doom..... the list just goes on and on.

DC is fine, but after Superman, Batman, The Joker, Wonder Woman & Lex Luthor, the rest for the most part just seem like fillers.

For some reason I have always been drawn to Marvel. DC always seemed second rate, or low budget or something. The production value just didn't seem to be there with their comics while I was growing up. Also, Marvel just has more interesting heroes and villains. Batman always seemed lame to me, at least until the Nolan trilogy came along, and Superman never did anything for me either.

Hmm never thought about this, Marval has Spiderman, Iron man, Hulk, Fantastic 4, X-men, Thor and Captain America.  DC has Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder woman, Aquaman...Ya its Marvel in a landslide.

Yeah its funny cause Batman is probably the most famous hero of all time then theres Superman aswell who is also really famous. Marvel seem to have more super heroes all round that are well known, but none I would say are as big as Batman.

Marvel easily, I read X-men (a fanboy if you will), even if currently most comics and ideas at marvel are a joke, writen by 8 years old and there are far too many books.

Marvel has relatedable characters as their main cast, DC has gods. DCs characters are all too similar as well.

DC to me has always been better, It wasn't so much the characters as it was the Writing. I felt like the DC comics were always just more adult in the sense of how a story was told as in how the writing for a lot of their story's didn't hold your hand through everything that was happening. Though this is all just my opinion, nothing against marvel as I love some of the characters and story's, I just prefer DC.

Actually Spiderman Is probly just as Big as those two (some places name Spiderman the #1 superhero of all time) just not as old, and I think that's why you thing Batman and Superman are bigger :P
