The source is the monthly figures on GAF every month that I collect in a spreadsheet, thus no source I can link you too. That doesn't mean they don't exist. I already told you the average amount it's down YOY, just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean I'm lying. I have 360 monthly sales dating back to launch right in front of me.

It's strange.

MS/Sony probably don't want to go first for fear that the other guy got the better of them. So probably some brinkmanship going on there, both sides wanting the other to go first.

Nintendo probably would love to crow about 3DS figures, but that means they'd have to talk about Wii U and that might be the hold up on their end.

If you look at last year's releases, they were given the following Thursday. So we should get some numbers today, if not tomorrow. I hope we don't have to wait til next week for NPD numbers. That would mean numbers probably aren't too good.

Nintendo was monday, MS tuesday, Sony thursday.

i just don't understand 3ds sales numbers in usa.
Such huge hardware sales must have an aquivalent in software,but though zelda was released it has just 1:4 ratioIs hardware overtracked or software undertracked?

More accurately... Vita is utterly dire, WiiU is really bad.  360 is plain wrong.

According to VG;

the 360 STILL hasn't sold the 80m they had shipped by October the 17th (300k still out there) which is absolute nonsense. 

the PS3 had zero supply when it hit 80.0m in November.
