Still, isn't it a bit cheeky to be saying that after a pronounced software drought? It's like, "oh, yeah, we knew that but, uh, we decided not to release many games anyway, lol."

Besides, I'm pretty sure Nintendo was counting on the Wii U's gamepad to be its big selling point. Reggie, you're such a scamp.

Can't really fault a man for doing his job and he wouldn't be doing his job if he either said nothing in response to the record breaking sales of the PS4 and XB1 or gave them a concessionary PR statement saying "Good job guys; you beat us!"
