I've been complaining for quite some time now that three weeks ago, Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS4) released in the UK; yet it registered 0 sales here on VGChartz:

(It also charted the next week at #36 and still wasn't counted).
We've just been given the German numbers for last week. You'd expect it to somewhat match the official numbers provided by Mediabiz for the region. Which it does; expect it completely ignores all the PS4 releases and just ranks by every surrounding release instead:

I'm just wondering if we're ever going to get any feedback on what's happening here. My presumption is that they're just going to all all the previous weeks sales into one massive week for PS4... but part of me is also beginning to believe that they won't do that and will just count week 1 sales.
And regardless, the games actually released and we haven't counted them at all. I know VGC is just estimated numbers, but I don't see the harm in tracking accurately when we're given valid sources providing the information on a silver platter.
If they choose to add all the previous week's sales into one massive week: that'll be incorrect; and make week 1 sales seem more inflated than they actually are. If they don't do anything and only count week 1 sales; then that's wrong and multiple games will be undertracked.
So, I'm posting this mostly on the off-chance that we get some feedback about what's going on. Will the charts be fixed at a later date? Will all the sales be added into one week? Will the sales never be counted? If so, why?
