Forums - Nintendo - Are Nintendo fans showing a lack of faith in the Wii U?

It seems like the Xbox One and PS4 will outsell the Wii U in a matter of months despite having no 'great' games yet. People who buy the twin systems buy in hopes of great games coming in the next year or so. Do Nintendo fans have a lack of faith that 'great' games are coming to the Wii U? Is it the fact that Nintendo might pull of yet another cartoon Zelda? I don't get it. it seems like Nintendo has more games out already geared toward their audience then Microsoft and Sony does yet they will fall far behind. They even are 100 dollars cheaper than PS4! What do you think??

I don't lack faith on great games coming to the system. I just lack faith in the Wii U as a console.

seriously again? Its the same topic but different wording!

Do you think That cartoony Zelda is a bad game? have you played it at all to judge? Wind Waker is a great game and some even put it in their top 5 zelda's, even as their #1.

Edit: We know WiiU selling bad, its this and that but seriously, why dont you mention 3DS for a change? you cant cuz their is no negativity to be said there is it?

i played skyward sword. While it isn't super cartoony, it could have been better with twilight princess graphics. It's a good game that could have been a system seller had it been more realistic.

WindWaker outsold Skyward Sword.

Some, Nintendo fans have lost faith in its ability to sell (and some are clinging on for dear life) but the majority seem very excited for 2014 software and so they should be, there is a lot coming.

look at CoDs sales on both the PS4 and XBO
after the rise in Dudebros playing games this gen PS4 and XBO saw a nice number of these guys buy systems at launch.Gaming is now considered a cool thing, so there is a lot more casuals (FIFA, CoD, Madden only etc.) buying as early as they can

edit: and these guys arent waiting on any games as they get them every year including launch
