PS Vita massive holiday boost confirmed.


Not trying to disapoint you but the boost wont be massive, this alone wont give vita a 100k boost because there wont be 100k ultimate bundles!

I kno the bundle will sell out easily givin ps4 monster launch but still.

I won't be disappointed. I'll be happy if it actually gets any type of boost. Also, regarding the Vita TV, it is not in its best market and also PS4 hasn't released in Japan yet.

I won't be disappointed. I'll be happy if it actually gets any type of boost. Also, regarding the Vita TV, it is not in its best market and also PS4 hasn't released in Japan yet.

As much i agree, it doesn't matter as vita tv flopped hard. Its almost as bad as WiiU horrible boost in Japan this week. GE2 is vita biggest game, and Vita has a new model less than two months old and vita tv is brand new. Doing under 8k for new hardware is terrible.

Vita Will be lucky to be up YoY this year (2012 sold 3.6mil) cuz last year in the west it had COD+AC+Madden heavy bundle and it did ok.

How have Vita TV floped If it was sold out on pre-orders in some hours??? Have anyone tough that they didn't expected this much demand when opening the pre-orders close to launch?? Maybe it can get sustained sales for a while.

but isnt the bundle price a ruomor?
in other sites they say will be about 599 dollars
makes sense since ps4 is 399 and psvita is now 199

do you kno how many preorders it was? No. It was amazon(only this was sold out) and it could of been 500 or 5000 pre orders. Anyway Sony shipped alot as the FW sales were were 40-50% sell thru (First day sold i believe 25-30% of shipment). What happened to 2nd week? it fell off even with the biggest vita title of the year (GE2). Its doing the same as psp go for  first 2 weeks.

But at the same time vita tv will do much better in the west and will pick up in japan once ps4 hits.
