Wow. The second one looks especially impressive. I have heard the whole game looks amazing but a few of the levels just kick it up a notch. Can't wait to see it for myself.

"Furthermore, as the first title designed using the latest iteration of CryEngine middleware, it's interesting to consider how it stacks up against previous PC releases. Crysis 3, released earlier this year, maxes out Titan-class GPUs at its very high quality setting - even before higher-end anti-aliasing settings have been engaged. Bearing in mind the gulf in power between top-end PC graphics card and the more lowly Xbox One, it speaks to the flexibility of the engine and the advantages of fixed-platform console architecture."

Dat power/cost ratio. Quite impressive for the Xbox One. This is the main reasons why I say PC gaming in general is usually pointless. You either buy a GTX Titan to max out games that could be optimized for lower-end GPUs, or for games that don't even need all that power. $1,000 wasted.

Their verdict also bodes really well for Killzone as the launch graphics king.

Might want to learn about PC gaming before you say stuff like that. I didn't spend $1000 dollars on my GPU setup but I have more power than a Titan albeit with less RAM.

I know more than enough about PC gaming considering I have about 30 PC games.

The 2nd gif is from Edge Of the World. That level is the best visuals in the entire game. Everything is near CGI the entire playthrough. The lighting and the texture detail are incredibly high. This is the level to really blow your head off.

Nice. Can't wait to play it. Hilarious to see all the walk about power issues and downgrades and yet at launch we get something that looks so amazing. Bolds well for the future of this generation. I was skeptical at first but Ryse has kind of swayed me.

I don't have any plans on getting an Xbox One, so i'll have to convince my cousin to either rent or buy this game.
