I really doubt Nintendo would do it. They have fifty thousand different platformer series, they hardly need more. Not only that, but the game probably wouldn't sell that well, and in case it did, Activision would just take it back and make it multiplat again, unless Nintendo bought the IP. And once again, why buy it when they hardly have the devs. required to develope the ones they already have?

Signing over the rights to Crash is probably very close but Activision might be trying to bribe more money out of Sony for it
