Watched DoFP today.Definitely the best Xmen movie of the franchise.

imo

DoFP > X2 > X1>>>>>>FC>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Huge pile of shit>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Final Fantasy 13>>>X3>XOW.

Didn't watch Wolverine :/

I agree, but I would put XOW above X3.

I haven't seen FC yet.

I haven't played FF13, but I know I won't like it from what I read from fellow FF fans.

I saw The Wolverine, and it did everything the first Wolverine movie didn't do. And great 3D effect, with the amount of 3D Depth's only contender being Pacific Rim, when it comes to 3D in movies. I'm not sure if you will like it or not, but it's a nice ride in 3D.

3D Movie Trailers review (of the 3D effect, of course):

The 3D effect in the same last trailer for "Edge of Time (All You Need is Kill)" has been improved, and is now truly enjoyable as is, in just what the trailer shown, has.

Guardians of the Galaxy: the 3D effect was even better then it already was in trailer #1, but this was trailer #2. Anyways, it still seems like the entire movie's 3D effect was improved upon, even though it was already plenty good to begin with.

Verdict; I can't wait to see the 3D effect in the final product of the movies, before it's theatrical premiere. Even though the 3D effect is already perfect as is, I still can't help but to think, what if the 3D effect has even more depth then that.

One thing i didn't like in the Xmen franchise is that they never made logan the beast he is in the comic books/cartoons.His fighting style in the movies is basically wave the claws in all directions while in cartoon/comic book he is like an wild animal.

Just saw the new X-men film and it's easily my favourite X-men film. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It explains the time travel storyline really well, the characters and acting on both sides of the timeline are great whilst staying true to the comics/cartoons (at least as I remember them) and perhaps most excitingly, it gives them the chance to forget everything that happened in X3 for the next films!

The 3D effect is also pretty good and is probably one of the better uses of 3D. Actually, 3D in general seems to be improving this year as I was really impressed with Godzilla to.

Yeah, I am glad they didn't ignore the 3rd film existant but nicely resets the franchise.  I am a little confused about Mystique getting Wolverine at the end.  It will be interesting to see Avengers quicksilver after seeing him in DOFP.

I opted out of 3D as I do with most films when I can.  Godzilla I will probably see in 3D because I want to see it on IMAX screen.

That confused me too, but I guess we'll see in the next film. Hopefully, they'll still have Wolverine with adamantium claws in the later films but I'm not sure how they're going to manage it without being repetitive.

It'll be cool to Quicksilver in Avengers considering he had arguably the best scene in the DOFP! It's a little frustrating to have the licenses seperated the way they are though.

Mystique most likely will help Wolverine get his adamantium skeleton. Which explains that scene.

After the credits are completely over, did I see Apocalypse?

Anyways, I defintiely agree with Scoobes entire review. I'll get around to free-styling my review later.

I suspect that Mystique might have also been disguise as that guy when they where shipping off the robots via train. Talking to the GENIOUS who revealed that he believes that mutants will help bring peace to mankind (talk about irony, sense he build those robots to hunt down mutants LOL).

The movies I've seen this year (all in 3D), I would recommend seeing I, Frankenstein & Need For Speed & Captain America 2 & Godzilla & X-Men in 3D.

From the trailers I have seen, I would also recommend; 300: Rise of an Empire & Noah & Edge of Tomorrow (All You Need is Kill) & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (best 3D I've seen for this year) & Guardians of the Galaxy.

Just came back from seeing Days of Future Past and it's indeed the best X-Men movie of all 5. That Apocalyspe reveal at the end was just glorious. The second that the desert showed up I knew shit was serious.

En Sabah Nur ftw

I went and seen Godzilla today. I'm probably one of the few who enjoyed the 1998 version, which I find alright in its own right. I thought the movie was pretty good. I'm a bit torn on the fact that they had so much build up for him, but at the same time I understand and agree with why they did it.

I don't go to the movies often as the last one I seen was probably in 2009. I'm definitely excited for what they can do with the future, and I found Godzilla to be a solid B+ movie.

So, should I see "Maleficent 3D" in IMAX/Premium Large Format OR Dolby Atmos (Surround Sound) ?

If I see Maleficent 3D in IMAX/Premium Large Format, I only pay $6.50¢, unless it's Wednesday, then I pay $6 flat.

If I see it in Dolby Atmos surround sound and it will cost me somewhere from $13.50¢ to $16.50¢,it will be a regular size cinema screen, but 64 speaker sound for 3D Audio, VS. the around 20 speaker sound I would get in IMAX/Premium Large Format.

I have no problem with the price tag, so that's not a factor, because I plan on seeing the movie in June, unless I get my bank roll early.

X-Men 3D: Days of Future Past review:

Its easily the best X-Men movie ever, to this date.

The 3D effect was freakin' fantastic, and totally cool and awesome, but at some scenes could have been even more better/cooler then it was, for in a few scenes.

It acknowledges all the other X-Men movies, but clearly completely eliminates the existence of X-Men 3, which I honestly saw coming from a mile away for crying out loud.

Quicksilver was only used in the prison break, and perfectly at that. My favorite line from the scene was probably when Quicksilver says; "So you control metal huh?. My mom once knew a guy like that." I LOL at that part.

The movie leaves you begging to see a lot more X-Men movies.

I personally hope that Jean Grey becomes the real Phoenix this time around, instead of that crap they had in "X-Men 3: the Last Stand".

go out and see this movie, and if you do see it, only see it in 3D only, because it easily blows away the crappy 2D screening of this movie.
