I know very little about stuff when it comes to Atlus so i'm curious. Will these two release along side the Japanese games or are we looking at a long wait time for the Englishh ports?

Persona/SMT games came within 6 months after Japanese release in America. Depends when X is coming.

Knowing how Atlus operates, I'd imagine a 3-6 month window between the Japanese and US release of Persona 5. And if you are unlucky like me and happen to be in Europe, then there's no guarantee you'll even get an Atlus game here. The wait could go up to 1-2 years.
As for X, since I imagine Nintendo are publishing it, I'd say you'll get it within a few months of the Japanese release given that they learned from Operation Rainfall, which I think they did. Or so I hope.
Persona 4 Golden was released:
Japan: June 2012
America: November 2012
Europe: March 2013
Everyone is saying SEGA will make them worse, but a 9 month Japan to Europe delay isn't so awful
Persona 5 will either be released in 2015 in the West or never.
X has been confirmed for next year here. I would bet that X has a chance of worldwide release and that Persona's chance is quite low.

Why do you think Persona's chance is low? It has actually sold very well in America.

Of course Nintendo is publishing X, why wouldn't they publish a game from their first party devs?

What I meant by worldwide release is a release in the same month or day as other regions.

Persona 5 being published in the US is almost a certainty since every single mainline Persona game since Persona 3 (which made the series popular in the first place) has been published in the west. The games have a decent following over here as well.
The only bit of issue here is with Sega having acquired Atlus. They have a horrible track record of not bringing games over to the west. But if they do stay true to their words of letting Atlus do what they want to do, then there should be no doubt about P5 being published outside of Japan. I'm personally hoping that Sega Europe could publish P5 quick in EU as well since Atlus don't have a EU branch, but that may be wishful thinking.
