Maybe the fact that the game industry exists ? We value our entertainment higher than the life of starving children. What we all should do is stop spending money for games and start buying massive amounts of food. This way the people once working in the videogame industry now get to work as farmers, And in the farmer technology industry as we inevitably will run out of space and run into technical problems. But we all should just buy the food not actually eat it. We keep 10% for us and send all the rest to places where people starve. This way nobody is going to lose his job. And even if the games industry dies people will find jobs in the now way bigger food industry instead. ´

Now people will not starve anymore. But we shouldn`t just kill of the game industry but all entertainment industries and buy massive amount of foods/books/clothes. This way we all can proof that we do not value our entertainment higher than the life of starving poor children.

Thats whats the worst in the game industry its more important to us to play a game than to save another person from extreme suffering we would never be able to endure for a week without crying like babies.

Treating "Casual gamers" like second-class citizens.

Your hardcore game doesn't make you cool or better than anyone. You're still playing make believe in front of a TV.

Sounds not like an evil to me that the games industry causes. You are the problem you are not rich enough to spend time and money on more games thats entirely your responsibility. Actually I think the fact that the games industry delievers so much entertainment options that you are incapable of consuming it is a good thing. Nothing evil here.
