Lol I JUST got a 3ds this week, so I'm a bit ashamed to post my collection. Give me a few months, it will get better

I can't, as most of my games were bought digitally!

hence why I ended the thread with "so far" it will be a whole gen journey lol. I will be updating i for sure.

So  don't be ashamed we all started with one thing lol.

Right is my silver 3DS XL that I picked up when the XL launched (together with a case that I bought for the FE XL), and left is my "baby", the Fire Emblem XL. I sold my launch cosmic black 3DS when I aquired that one to a friend who gave me 60€ and a mint DS lite, which is what I need to play Fire Emblem 12.  I'm thinking about getting the Fire Emblem 3DS, which 1. looks sexy and 2. would be good to play some import games, be it Japanese or American ones. I actually had a second cosmic black 3DS as well, but that one bit the dust and the money Amazon refunded me went towards the silver XL.

Nothing special, just the ambassador GBA (left) and NES (right) games. The one I played the most was Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, but since I don't like digital I actually went out and bought a GBA copy of the game.

3D Classics Excitebike, Kid Icarus and Kirby's Adventure. The only one I actually bought was Kirby's Adventure, since Excitebike was free for a limited amount of time and Kid Icarus was in some kind of Christmas promotion (?).

Some Virtual Console games I bought. I haven't played them all yet, but should I like one enough, I'll get a physical copy to play in my GBA. The games are Super Mario Land, Link's Awakening DX and Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons.

Nothing much to say here, other than that Four Swords and Pokédex 3D were for free and that the Mario & Sonic Card Album isn't really a game but I lumped these together in a folder anyway. The other games are Pokémon Dream Radar and Mario & Donkey Kong.

The only 3DS retail games that I actually only own digitally. These were both given out during promotions; Professor Layton was from last years Christmas promotion and Animal Crossing from the "many games" (or whatever it was called) promotion early this year. I also own Fire Emblem Awakening on my FE XL, but that's only because it was inculded in the bundle (I got the game physically, too). Again, I'm not a big fan of digital.

I will post a picture of my actual library of games later (probably in a week or so), since I have no access to the game cases at the moment.

I would have considered going all digital... but since everything is tied to your 3ds(right?) and not your account, I figured I would be one broken 3ds away from losing all my games. Don't get me wrong, I take amazing care of my things, but I'd be even more OCD about the thing. 

However, I'm going all digital on my vita.  I bought 3 retail games before I made that decision(i wish i'd bought them digital).
