You can squat what I can just barely Deadlift!

Color me impressed.

Form is critical, my one rep deadlift is 140 kgs and would advise working on fundamentals as much as strength training.   I would also suggest cycle training, be amazed over a three to six month period how proper training can add weight to your various lifts.
