Sub HD imo is extremely poor quality in this age so thats why I made that statement. If X1 was running the same it wouldn't change that statement. Yes I would prefer not to have a feature that is running sub HD because I would not use it. But from the looks of it the issue is purely connection related so now im curious what you need to run it smooth.

Such a blatant lie. I've been watching streams of PS4 games since the Taco Bell units have gone out, non stop. I have not seen any poor stream quality. There were when the streamer switched between a capture card and the PS4 app, on request of the chat, and it looked as if it were the same. Absolutely perfect!

Not a blatant lie the majority of PS4 streams are sub HD. Although it appears to be connection related.

That's the quality I'm seeing nearly everywhere. I've only seen one or two that looks dodgy. Some people have what's known as a source setting too. This gives them extremely good quality.
