Just go watch any of the PS4 streams on twitch. The quality is terrible outside of menu browsing which seems to be the only time it isn't a blurry mess.  Has nothing to do with my connection speed http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3111782993.

He probably haven't realised you can change the stream quality from Medium, to High, to Source. -__-

If you are watching flawless streams they are using a capture card and not the built in streaming.

So Xbox one users can watch Ps4 live streams, but can't live stream until a later date.

My assumption had nothing to do with you having a bad connection, but more likely you just repeating what some uninformed person said on the internet without factchecking his statement.

For players using the PS4 built in streaming you can't change the stream quality.... Do your research.

Checking twitch and watching non capture card streams for PS4 are proof enough. Once they leave those menus and gameplay actually starts the quality goes sub HD levels.
